Currently there is no easy way of sending/receiving file over spice. As workaround I copy'n'paste contents but this seems suboptimal. - Basic functionality: Send/recv file which prompts user for location as VNC does - Extended functionality: Allows sharing whole folder which is mounted (by fuse or something else)
For direct to the guest you can simply drag'n'drop files, they will appear in the guest's Downloads or Desktop folder (depends on spice-vdagent configuration) SPICE supports folder sharing, see https://www.spice-space.org/spice-user-manual.html#_folder_sharing
