Description Chris 2017-06-16 14:41:48 UTC
When running pdftotext with the -bbox option, I get the following output from two separate documents:

<page width="2384.000000" height="3370.000000">
<page width="595.440000" height="841.680000">

The issue with this is that the first uses landscape and the other a portrait orientation. Pdftotext seems to ignore this completely. Is this a bug that can be fixed, or is this a feature I have to code my way around?

The first thing you have to do when reporting a bug is attach the documents you're using otherwise it's very hard to fix the bugs.

This is for pdftext 0.44.0 on Ubuntu 17.04. The PDF where layout is ignored was created in AutoCAD 2016.

Unfortunately I cannot upload the PDFs used due to classification, so please close this bug for now. I can reopen/create a new if I find any PDFs with the same issue where there are no restrictions on sharing.
