Hello Mr. Duan Yao. Would it be possible for you to reproduce the bug with the latest kernel from drm-tip? See https://01.org/linuxgraphics/documentation/how-report-bugs. 4.9 kernel is rather old and https://github.com/linuxdeepin/deepin-kernel has the latest update from 11 months ago. Lot's of code and fixes has been included in drm-tip during that time, some known to be fixing SNB GPU hangs.

Hi Jari Tahvanainen,
I'd like to try latest kernel. However it is even difficult to reproduce this issue with my current 4.9.29-1 kernel: it only happened once in recent weeks.

P.S. https://01.org/linuxgraphics/documentation/how-report-bugs doesn't work for me, it is redirected to https://01.org/zh/linuxgraphics/documentation/how-report-bugs?langredirect=1 and I get 404.

Just a wild guess, please try:

Thanks, it works, but only after I clear the site's cookie because the language settings seems remembered in the cookie.

looks like this issues is no longer reproduced, closing bug. If the hang appears again please open a new bug including logs
