As spicy is a GUI program that can be used without command line arguments, it would be possible to provide an *.desktop file for graphical launchers.

That would give the wrong impression that spicy is for users. It's not the case, it's a tool to test spice-gtk, it's really not user friendly.

A proper spice client is remote-viewer.
