Created attachment 133449 [details] Screen display after crash Hi, I'm sure it's an i915 problem, please redirect me if not. I've had my screen behavioring weirdly lately, see the attached picture. When this happens the screen is also blinking/twitching, not really sure how to describe it. I also can't change VT. I forgot to try resume/suspend. It happened twice in two days on 4.12.3 on Archlinux x86_64. I have since updated to 4.12.4, two days ago, and it seems to behave but I wanted to report it just in case. I am running X11, with wmii as a WM. Here is what dmesg said: ``` Aug 09 15:25:42 caska rtkit-daemon[3483]: Supervising 4 threads of 1 processes of 1 users. So, if you are able to hit it on 4.12.4, I'd ask you to verify whether it triggers on the tip of drm-intel-nightly and them provide the entire dmesg while running with drm.debug=0xe. Thanks,
Changing to NEEDINFO while logs are provided. Thanks.

Thank you. Hi Elizabeth, I have been following stable (currently 4.13.9), and I haven't reproduced since then.
