I tried to force intel driver instead of modesetting and the messages are gone. So I guess it's some bug in modesetting driver.

I downgraded my kernel to 4.11.12. Everything seems to work good again. No strange messages in dmesg and Ctrl+Alt+F1 works again (With 4.12+ it doesn't work)
No errors with 4.14 + modesetting. I guess it's fixed.
