Steps to reproduce the defect :

  1. Launch the Mtours application in Windows 10 OS by clicking on 
     Chrome application from "http://newtours.demoaut.com/mercuryregister.php".

  2. Leave the Username field blank.
  
  3. Leave the Password field blank.

  4. Leave the Confirm Password field blank.
  
  






Expected Result :

      The user should not register the Mtours page with empty credentials and Mtours application should get an error "Username should not left empty" and "Password should not left empty". 



Actual result :
      The user can register the MTours application successfully.
