Driver installed from Ubuntu 17.10 repos.

It doesn't look consistent with kbl lite-restore failure, more of a typical hang on a pipe-control following the batch. First step is then to validate the GL batch.

I'm more than happy to provide anything needed to resolve this, but I'm not a developer so please be specific about what you need from me, thanks.

Hello Erik,
Could you please share your mesa version, distro, desktop and if possible could you try latest kernel stable and mesa 17.3 or up?
Thank you.

Comment 4 Erik Hjertén 2017-12-16 09:58:50 UTC
Mesa: 17.2.2
Distro: XUbuntu 17.10
Desktop: XFCE 4.12

Sorry, I don't really have the know-how to test latest kernel.
