Steps to reproduce the defect :

1	Enter the User Name
2	Enter the Password
3	Confirm the Password
4	Click On Submit Button.


Expected Result :

      User should able to get the error message saying "Confirm password less than 3 characters" and user should able to view register screen.



Actual result :
      User can able to see confirmation screen.

Test data :

      User Name : 1234
      Password : 123
      Confirm Password: 1



Test Environment :

      Windows 10 OS
