patch to python scripts

With the attached patch, the python scripts used to build poppler will run under both python2 and python3. make-glib-api-docs produces identical results.
gen-unicode-tables.py produces different results between 2 and 3. I am not sure if that is a bug or a feature, but at least it no longer gets errors.

Would you have time to investigate gen-unicode-tables.py ? I find it a bit weird that it generates two different things, since well which is "the correct" one and which should i use for the future?
