small fix for armenian layout

sorry for being meticulous about this, but /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/am layout file contains symbol 'ʼ' (0x10002bc)  but should be '՚' (0x100055a), as it is follows from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armenian_(Unicode_block).
