It’s not tearing, it’s not corruption in the graphics rendering.

On Manjaro KDE

However, I have noticed an annoying thing with the display and I am almost certain it is related to the drivers I am using.
A straight line that goes across the screen,
I have noticed sth - when the screen dims, saving energy option allows that, the lines are not visible at all.

*actual* pic of the glitch

I apologize for the newbness of the reporter.

Hope this way you can better understand the issue.
I suspect what I put in the title since (after reading similar symptoms in bug 99323 and bug 37696) we could exclude the latter with dpm=0, and the issue still appearing.
