I will remove the igt@pm_rpm@legacy-planes since it hasn't happened in a very long time and recently that test has more frequently been hit by bug 103326
The master control interrupt hasn't lied since: CI_DRM_3662: 2018-01-20 / 263 runs ago
The master control has started to lie again. [ 103.658026] [drm:gen8_de_irq_handler [i915]] *ERROR* The master control interrupt lied (DE PORT)! https://intel-gfx-ci.01.org/tree/drm-tip/CI_DRM_4019/shard-glkb4/igt@pm_rpm@legacy-planes-dpms.html
The master control interrupt has not lied since CI_DRM_4019_full (2 months, 2 weeks / 1124 runs ago), but let's keep the bug for a little longer as I have a feeling it will come back to hunt us!

It's almost been a year since this last failure. Closing now, as it is getting ridiculous...
