Created attachment 135683 [details] relevant part of log 1. Connect bluetooth headset (it's a SoundMAGIC E10BT) 2. Select A2DB profile 3. Disconnect headset 4. Turn headset off and on again 5. It connects automatically but the profile in PulseAudio is "off". (6. Selecting A2DB manually works.) module-card-restore is loaded. See the attached log. I suspect the reason is: "Timeout expired, and device /org/bluez/hci0/dev_78_44_05_35_51_B8 still has disconnected profiles: a2dp_sink".
Sorry for the delayed reply... Can you get the same log with timestamps? To get timestamps, pass --log-time on the command line when starting pulseaudio. It seems that A2DP gets connected soon after module-bluez5-device is loaded. If the delay is small, maybe we can simply increase the timeout when waiting for all profiles to get connected.
