PDF that does not get rendered properly.

Some PDFs are rendered incorrectly while using poppler-0.62.0 using Splash/Arthur backends. In most cases, some text is not rendered at all and symbols and
images only are rendered. This issue is seen in okular, evince, zathura,
qpdfview, and a custom pdf viewer (based on Qt5) written by me to
test issue. MuPDF and firefox do render the same PDF correctly. Please find the PDF file attached.

I don't see any problem.

Please attach a screenshot of the problem you see.
