and also pactl in the commandline
but as soon as a song is started from a mediaplayer pulseaudio will go down (trying to play a2dp)

but hsp does play but its not high quality.
i cant figure it out ive succesfully sorted it out on another distro(arch linux) but not with a full install of slackware.
https://pastebin.com/NT3ghmiv
it successfully connects while running pulseaudio and bluetoothctl
but switch the profile doesnt work in a2dp with a lot of tries

pulseaudio -vvvv (as root and user tested)
https://pastebin.com/3YPY5TjR

is potted an underrun -
https://pastebin.com/nmEHrkk8
but that didnt occur during another try
https://pastebin.com/jGhaZa3M i did switch the fail option = yes in daemon.conf

im assuming that repairing probably wouldnt help me as it seems to be a different issue as to why a2dp does play. other then settings that im trying to find in the configuration files... maybe a missing package library?
though the ldd in the first pastebinit shows the modules are covered. im not exactly sure where a2dp profile lands.

i can proceed in powering off and messing with all the settings since i really want it on this distribution slackwarearm. arch linux arm is great and all but i tried to duplicate the bluetooth on another arch linux arm and it was a bit diffcult but i got it going partly (my second attempt on the system runs as root only but probably cause it uses a mix of files although not sure why the current repo files werent workin) though but im still learning the abs system.

i konw it wouldnt be good use to give out the bulk of files that are to get it going for sure shot on root but anything for a good lesson i guess

another note is that only on this laptop is where i run slackwarearm.

im not sure of any identical system armv7l processor
i have a raspberry pi but not dongle..

with my regular processor computers slackware can use the bluetooth

a2dp sink is not available in
pactl
so

pulse also quits when using pacmd set-card-profile bluez_card.macaddress a2dp_sink1

i had to switch the daemon mode on for that one.

one different ive noticed between the working distro and slackware is that arch linux doesnt run the pulse in daemon mode, and everytime (except when root) i start pulse it says daemon failed , but the modules load up and pulse processes in the background still.
i cant duplicate it yet but that leaves me wondering a different also.
