Intel Haswell 17.3.0 - Solus

I have just updated my Intel(R) Haswell Mobile Drivers in Solus from 17.2.6 to 17.3.0 and i can see that i have total extensions as 23 which i believe as per the release notes is correct. Also, I use Oibaf ppa Mesa git 17.4  on my Ubuntu system updated today and i see the extensions count as 22. Below extensions are not displayed in Ubuntu compared to 17.3 in Solus.

VK_KHR_external_fence ,VK_KHR_external_fence_fd

Please do note that in Solus the Vulkan Loader API Version is 1.0.65 and in Ubuntu i use the latest Vulkan Loader 1.0.66

What's your kernel version on ubuntu?  Those two extensions require Linux 4.14 or newer.
