Originally submitted to the KDE Plasma bug tracker (as the Mesa crash also crashed plasmashell, and I was asked to file the bug here.

Here is the original bug report I submitted to them.

I am running a Radeon 270X, component selection is a guess.

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Watching a Youtube video through Chromium, fullscreen.

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Randomly (infrequent, this is the second time in a few weeks) during full-screen Youtube playback, video stops, audio continues, screen flashes multiple times, and after about 2-3 seconds of this behavior, video recovers and Plasma informs me it had crashed.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.

Is this still a problem?

Various KDE/Mesa related bugs have been fixed on both side in the months since this bug was reported.

Honestly, could not say. In the time between submittal and now, I've built and started using a new computer with a new graphics card. Feel free to close, I haven't had the issue with the new setup.

Closing as invalid for lack of better option as reporter is unable to test on the setup reported against and there have been various KDE/Mesa related bugs fixed on both side in the months since this bug was reported.
