Description:

When PulseAudio drivers are installed on Raspbian 'Stretch' this will result in audio sync issues in other unrelated applications.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Install pulseaudio 
2) Reboot, launch Chromium play YouTube video (or other video players).

Note: Symptom were experienced when using the Analog (PCM) output
