Dear Maintainer,

after the update from librsvg2-2 version 2.40.18 to 2.40.20 no svg-images or my icontheme ACYL are more visible. For a better understanding I added screenshots.

My system:

Debian sid (unstable)
Kernel 4.15.3
Desktop Xfce

If a librsvg update broke something, why are you reporting a bug to cairo and not librsvg?
