Used to be reproducible in every run, but last run where it was seen was drmtip_12 (2 months / 53 runs ago)

The CNL systems are no longer in CI and the CI blacklist also now contains "igt@kms_frontbuffer_tracking@.*drrs.*" so CI won't be hitting this issue again.  If we run into DRRS issues on a different platform in the future it would be better to open a fresh bug for that (the problems would likely be different than whatever was happening on CNL), so marking this one as resolved.
