ModemManager log

As per discussion in ModemManager's mailing list: https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/modemmanager-devel/2018-March/006256.html I'm opening a bug here.

I have a D-Link DWM-222 modem and after running:

$ mmcli -m 0 --set-current-capabilities="lte"

the modem doesn't connect. I'm attaching logs from NetworkManager and ModemManager using instructions from https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/ModemManager/Debugging. I redacted PIN and IMEI numbers.
