This is a meta bug to gather all open bugs for linktraining and LSPCON issues

Bugs about (link training || LSPCON) is too generic. Please ensure all the bugs are (link training && LSPCON). Or just LSPCON.

For example I think bug 101144 is about eDP link training.

OK, I remove bug 101144, I will create a new SKL linktraining bug after next drmtip run.

Added  106291 until proven it is not LSPCON issue

Since each bug has got it's own priority, dropping the priority of this issue to Medium.
