Started to look at this, will try to reproduce with BXT first.
Stan, any luck?
I couldn't reproduce it on my local BXT, I have so far. However I think I've identified some commits, which introduce some new vblank handling changes, that could affect this. I've reverted those commits, and send to trybot: https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/44570/ it looks that those were not reproduced after that. However those don't happen with 100% rate, so still need to figure out the way to reproduce those locally.
UPDATE: After 200 runs on my local BXT, the issue finally reproduced once. Will now test with reverted vblank commits.
Couldn't reproduce it, also wasn't seen in CI for a month. Proposing to resolve as fixed.
Last seen this issue (2 months, 3 weeks / 1093 runs ago). Good to wait for one more week or so and close this bug.
And let's close!
