Gert has ~70 patches and has been with us for nearly an year.
I believe he's earned commit access.

Works for me. I've added you now, but there's no need to file Bugzilla requests now though; there are a number of Mesa developers with access to add you to the project directly through GitLab without us having to do it. I guess some documentation somewhere needs updating.
