git format-patch with type definition and test file

Hi,

I would like to propose to add a mimetype for files with reStructuredText content, given that format has seen some wider adaption in recent years.

MIME type text/x-rst as recommended by http://docutils.sourceforge.net/FAQ.html#what-s-the-official-mime-type-for-restructuredtext-data and as also seen in use.

Attached patch against current master builds (with new test not failing) and installs, KDE's Dolphin now shows .rst files to be of type "reStructuredText document".
