Hair of most characters in overwatch has blocky artefacts on latest mesa-git (18.3) and llvm-svn (8) This is using dxvk and wine-staging with sync and gallium nine patches.

to clarify, this also occurs on mesa 18.1.6 and llvm6
can confirm, also happening on llvm 7 and mesa 18.3-git with vega 64
seems to be fixed on llvm 8.0.0svn_r342107-1 and mesa 18.3.0_devel.1.1a263b377c-1 overwatch also updated, not sure if thats related
can confirm fixed on llvm8 for me as well. (still broken with current mesa git and llvm 7)

(still broken with current mesa > git and llvm 7) If you want llvm7 to work you might need to do a git bisect to see what fixed it and see if the fix can be backported to llvm 7 (assuming whoever fixed it isn't trying to get it included already).
