I am bought second RX Vega series video card. This is GIGABYTE Radeon RX Vega 64 Gaming OC 8G. https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-RXVEGA64GAMING-OC-8GD#kf
And I observe follow bug: On GIGABYTE Radeon RX Vega 64 Gaming OC 8G applications `sensor` and `xsensor` showed last rpm before fan off when really fan is off.

Expected behavior:
When fan is really off `sensor` and `xsensor` must show 0 RPM.
