The Genius NetScroll+ serial mouse currently works with "IntelliMouse" protocol, but not with "Auto". The attached patch adds a PnP id for Genius NetScroll+.

Sorry, just noticed there was a simple patch here waiting to be applied.
I've gone ahead and pushed it to git master for the next xf86-input-mouse
driver release.
