Description Simon 2018-12-28 23:31:37 UTC
Hi I've a VGA Monitor connected to DisplayPort via an Adapter, when using the Adapter on my old NVidia or Intel GPU every resolution works fine, but when I connect the Adapter to my new RX570 it will only work on 800x600 resolution and when switching to an higher resolution the screen turns black with a bit of flickering.

I found this in dmesg, probably it has something to do with the problem..
[ 113.456596] [drm:amdgpu_atombios_dp_link_train [amdgpu]] *ERROR* clock recovery reached max voltage
[ 113.456614] [drm:amdgpu_atombios_dp_link_train [amdgpu]] *ERROR* clock recovery failed
