As Chris says above, we suspect pre-prod HW flakyness to be the culprit. If it will happen consistently it could be a more serious issue, but the only way to know is wait and see.

Meanwhile, I suggest that we lower the priority to max "high", or just live with the fact that you are not going to get daily updates on this one :)
