Kabylake  8706G, if you disable fastboot, there is no problem. Kernel 5.x

Reporter, Can you please elaborate what is the issue? 
What is the impact of the issue and how often you see the issue?
Also, can you please attach the dmesg from boot with kernel parameters drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=4M?

All the above details are needed to investigate this issue.

It can be observed every boot with fastboot enable. Effects is double mouse cursor and then black screen. If then suspend and restore, graphics are working again.

Well it will no longer appear in 5.1 rc 5

Do you mean the issue is fixed in 5.1 RC5?
