This test checks the frame received by the Chamelium imatches the frame sent by the DUT by downloading the captured from from the Chamelium. User impact: the DUT probably sends an incorrect frame. Could be a completely corrupt frame or "just" a subtle difference. We need to have a look at the dumped frame to understand what's going on.
Based on recent investigation neither me on my icl nor Imre on his could reproduce. I have modified dp-frame-dump test case also to capture 50 frames instead of 5, still no issue so far. Considering that for whole history in ci-buglog this happened only 2 times at most and last time was one week ago, I would propose it to be either closed or priority lowered.

This issue hasn't been seen for 2 months, and only happened twice. We can't do a lot without frame dumps. Closing for now, we'll re-open if we see it again.
