The CI Bug Log issue associated to this bug has been updated. ### New filters associated * ICL: igt@kms_chamelium@hdmi-cmp-planes-random - crash - Received signal SIGFPE - https://intel-gfx-ci.01.org/tree/drm-tip/drmtip_275/fi-icl-u2/igt@kms_chamelium@hdmi-cmp-planes-random.html
Fixed by https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/296564/
This issue happened only once drmtip_275 (1 week, 2 days old) on fi-icl-u2 where the BIOS was older version 3121. Currently this machine is updated with newer Bios atm i.e 3175.
Maarten, could you please land the patch since it has been 10 days and you already got an ack from Simon? From a customer PoV, the impact is minimal because this is a test issue and the failure happened once. The result is a crash when receiving the signal SIGFPE (invalid floating point operation): see https://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/sasc/doc700/html/lr1/zid-3511.htm. The test will be fixed by Maarten's patch. Keeping the priority to medium until the patch lands.
Should be fixed now.
