I reported this bug previously here: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=108132#c63 but that topic is occupied by people with Lenovo IdeaPad 720S and their "fixes" and "solutions" doesn't make any difference on this system - Razer Blade Stealth 13". I would gladly provide any info you'd ask to provide and do any experiments you'd suggest - just to get this expensive piece of hardware working. As a matter of fact I don't have anything important configured or installed here since it's just impossible to use this laptop.
Do you have the issue with drmtip (https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm-tip)? Can you please attach the full dmesg with kernel parameters drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=4M? Can you please elaborate the scenario where you see flickering?

Can you please verify the issue with drmtip? Also, can you elaborate the issue when you see the flickering? and how often you see the issue? All the above information is needed to investigate this issue further.
Need latest logs from drm-tip to investigate this issue. No feedback from more than a month, closing as resolved works for me. Please re-open if issue persists with latest drm-tip https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm-tip and send dmesg from boot with kernel parameters drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=4M.
