Description Martin Peres 2019-06-14 13:18:37 UTC
Enabling Multi-segmented-gamma for ICL[1] regresses igt@kms_color@pipe-[abc]-ctm-0-(25|75) due to unexpected rounding.

The problem needs to be addressed on the IGT side (comparing to different acceptable rounding values) and/or by re-implementing the test on top of pipe writeback.

In the mean time, let's have this bug to document the effort.

Assigning Uma, since he is the author of multi-segmented gamma, and it is his responsibility to make sure that we do not regress our test coverage.

This issue is hit every few hours.

User impact: test coverage issue, we're not able to check that Color Transformation matrices work properly.

@Uma, Keeping TGL in view, do you think the severity of this issue remains same?
