19.20-812932 release for Ubuntu
In wsa-amdgpu_19.20-812932_amd64.deb and wsa-amdgpu_19.20-812932_i386.deb copyright file is empty.

Ubuntu packaging issue; this needs to be reported to Ubuntu instead.

We are dropping this component in the near future, so I'm going to close this as WONTFIX.
