OK, this is something I notices long time ago, but never reported it because I can't imagine a test-case that would reliably reproduce the issue every time.

The problem is that *sometimes* system would hang when you run several GPU-heavy applications (games) at the same time on a single GPU.
Computer would work fine for hours if you run just one of these programs, but it may hang if you have two of three of them. I also noticed it may hang if you use hardware vaapi encoder while running a game. Encoder works just fine under no GPU load.

When system freezes, there's no screen flickering indicating that GPU driver tried to reset GPU. Could it be that hang is in driver itself?

This was happening to me with VEGA20 and POLARIS10 hardware, kernel 5.1.x, but I remember same happening with Polaris on older kernels.

I can't provide any logs at the time, but if you know best way to collect them, please share.
