GuC was not enabled during this run and the log stops before the start of the selftest, so it looks like something unrelated to guc went wrong during the driver load. The selftest returns immediately if (!USES_GUC_SUBMISSION(dev_priv)), so even if it had started (and we were just missing the log) it wouldn't actually do anything meaningful.

Seems to be passing in latest BAT, and CI buglog reports one occurrence in 34 runs. Setting priority to medium.
