This CI failure was due to a disk error.  It has not recurred after 25 runs.  It is unknown how many of these subsequent runs were on the same system.  Quite possibly, the system with the failure has remapped the failing sector and will not show any further problems. 

Recommended action: Inform a person responsible for that system's health so they
 are aware that a problem was seen in case similar issues recur.
