crash dump

Hi,
I'm running arch linux 5.3.12-arch1-1 and I'm encountering a GPU crash.
dmesg:
[10983.561702] i915 0000:00:02.0: GPU HANG: ecode 9:0:0x00000000, hang on rcs0
[10983.561706] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx stack, including userspace.
[10983.561709] [drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org against DRI -> DRM/Intel
[10983.561711] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right component if it's not a kernel issue.
[10983.561713] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so please always attach it.
[10983.561715] [drm] GPU crash dump saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error
[10983.562731] i915 0000:00:02.0: Resetting rcs0 for hang on rcs0

The issue results in the screen being stuck, but can be resolved by switching to a tty and back to X. I have encountered this issue a few times during the last days, but only now have had a thorough look at the dmesg output.
My processor is: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz with the graphics card Intel Corporation UHD Graphics 620.
Please tell me what more information I can provide.
