The proposed patch is entirely confined to the SiS driver. It adds support for a
special kind of 1280x800 TMDS LCD panels which are used in very popular
el-cheapo laptops (Averatec 6200 series). It also adds a small change in the
scaling logic (also required for this and possibly other machines).

It really should be in 6.8.
