Description Bug 2007-09-28 03:09:27 UTC
In all quake3 engine based games (et/quake3/warsow) the mouse behaves erratic with server 1.4, keyboard and mouse events are mixed even when I only use evdev driver for the mouse. The keyboard uses kbd driver.

There's one other report for this on the gentoo forums.

In quake2 and other 3d apps it works ok. Also in 2d desktopping.
Comment 1 Bug 2007-09-29 05:03:44 UTC
hmm after restarting the games , after setting in_dgamouse to "0", it works again,
dunno what's broken then.
Comment 2 Björn Martensen 2008-02-21 09:59:26 UTC
i have the same bug, but in_dgamouse 0 doesn't fix it for me.
xorg-server is 1.4.0.90 and evdev is 1.2.0.

Comment 4 Peter Hutterer 2010-11-18 20:34:26 UTC
what's the status of this bug?
I fixed a few dga bugs over the last few months, could be that this one is resolved now.
Comment 5 Adam Jackson 2018-06-12 18:43:22 UTC
Mass closure: This bug has been untouched for more than six years, and is not obviously still valid. Please file a new report if you continue to experience issues with a current server.
