haze assumes that prefixing the message with "/me " will be enough to make the prpl treat it as an action. prpl-irc doesn't work that way. haze should check for a "me" command, and use it if it exists.
Reducing severity and priority; no-one should be using haze for IRC anyway.
Just use tp-idle for IRC.
