Here are an updated glade file with some GNOME HIG fixes:
  * use proper spacing/border (also remove GtkFrame and use
    GtkVbox + GtkAlignment)
  * add mnemonics to widgets

Committed, whit a small change: the vertical spacing between bottom buttons and other widget is 12 in dialog, not 24 as in alerts.
