Description Duncan Webb 2008-02-03 09:33:52 UTC
Running the X using the intel (i810) 2.2.0 driver works fine except for then X is terminated and then X is still running, taking all the CPU and the console is not restored.

Killing X and xinit (only -9 kills them) from from another machine also does not restore the console.

The console is running without a framebuffer in the standard text mode of 80x25 lines.

X.Org X Server 1.4.0.90

Mass closure: This bug has been untouched for more than six years, and is not obviously still valid. Please file a new report if you continue to experience issues with a current server.
