When an incoming call is received, the actor in the LocalPendingInfo structure is 0; I would expect it to be the handle of the caller.

When we fix this bug, we should add a check for the handle to the Jingle test cases.

The Jingle incoming call test case doesn't yet work, so requiring a test case for this (one-line) fix seems somewhat unreasonable. I've filed <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15791> though.
