The attachment is a small patch to remove all variable/macro names containing
"Trident" from Xnvidia for the sake of well-understanding.

Note: Since nvidiacurs.c is not used at the moment, the patch doesn't tend to
touch it.

HW accelerated kdrive is now unmaintained and removed.
