Description Carl Michal 2008-04-24 13:06:31 UTC
Desktop cube rotation is sometimes very smooth, sometimes very jerky. When compiz is first started up, if I rotate four times in the same direction, the first three rotations are reliably smooth, the fourth is reliably jerky.

I see this on both a 946GZ and 915 system. With Beryl the rotation was totally smooth - though that was with different intel driver versions.

Current intel driver version is: 2.2.99.903, though this problem has been around for a while.

If instead I just hold down ctrl-alt and rotate multiple times with the mouse, its pretty smooth all the way around.
