Update patch

Here is an updated patch against current CVS.
AFAICT all requested changes are valid; I added
a latam layout instead of variants in "es".

If anyone would just care to assign it to proper owner;)

Denis, how does this affect our ultimate goal to move as much stuff from
macintosh_vndr to the base directory? Should the patch be updated?

Supplementary patch

Sergey, current mac variants already contain these changes,
except symbols/it(mac).  Here is an extra patch to apply
in conjunction with the previous one.
